Documents required from builder to land owner
Q: Need help with a situation. Plot of land belonging to owner. Part of the undivided land is sold to builder. Builder constructs house and provides a few flats to the owner. Remaining he sells off to others. What documents are required by the owner once project is completed?

Latest Answer: @Abhilasha. Many thanks for your response. Seek further clarifications on the 1st two points. Does the builder provide conveyance deed to the owner? Since the land is owned by the owner, would he still need a title document? Appreciate inputs on the remaining points.
