cases pending in High Court for title
Q: Sir, I came to know the problem when I personally inquired about the buying of flat in My Home Jewel, Miyapur, Hyd., I came to know that there is a case pending in H.C. that the Muralidhar Society which is attached lane to my home jewel has filed stating that the my home jewel has occupied the other side road and declared their society plots as the municipal road, how far it is true, because after purchasing the flat if some one comes later and stats that this is a occupied area than entire money goes in ruin. so please give the details of the case.
