When will be the final Possession given?
Q: Please confirm the final date of possession . It was supposed to be Dec , 2010. Then it was revised to be March ,2011. Then it was told to us that the possession will be given in June ,2011. Now they are saying is November, 2011.

Latest Answer: Buyer is entitled to opt out of a housing project if there is delay in delivery of possession of the house. If builder delays the project, buyer should get compensation for delay. Contact your legal expert regarding same.
