Transfer of Khatha Certificate
Q: My neighbour died leaving behind him some property and the khatha of the property is in his name. The family now wants to change the Khatha to their mothers name. what are the procedure?

Latest Answer: For Khata Transfer...Required documents....Will of the deceased in case there is a will, Joint declaration from the other legal heirs other than in whose name Khatha to be transferred it is a consent form or No objection letter on Rs.20 stamp paper (Notarized)
