I met an executive in ILD office this week and come to know that latest news from Builder is to deliver in July 2013. I have 2BHK in Tower 4 that is 9 floors complete out of 14..not sure how they can take 2 years to complete 5 floors and finishing....
I got no exact answer for delay clause amount.. Has anyone enquired about that.. Please let me know @ 9971826623

Thanks for your comments but my question is more towards the buyers who invested in ILD and weather they ahd any discussion with Builder about Delay credit note.. Are they promising anything to anyone.. that was the original question..

The tower is complete till the 14th floor...but all the interiors and exteriors ahve to be still done...
Thanks for your reply..If tower was completed till 14th floor, builder would have asked for next installment..I dont think its complete till top floor... I am told there are total 14 floors so 14th is the top floor..

I had booked a flat in tower 2 (3br+study) 1670 sq ft area of ILD Spire Greens. The flat was booked since inception of the project in 2008. Can anyone give me date when I will get the possession of the flat? It has been a long wait!!!
