The seepage in bathroom roof of one apartment
Q: I am interested in buying this property. But there is seepage in the bathroom. 1.Wanted to know whether the owner in the upper floor would take responsibility for the seepage and repair his bathroom. 2.What is the position of Resident welfare association on these matters.3.The car park for the apartment is very much away from the basement of the particular building. So is there any possiblity of getting a car parking under the same building so that access to lift is easy Ms Shankar

Latest Answer: Thanks for your reply,Abhilashaji. I am rather disappointed, if this is how the Adarsh Residency works! It looks beautiful and well maintained as though the associates of the RWA have harmony and co-operation. The Car Park is not as well maintained as the ground level. I wish though that the carpark for each apartment will be at least unde the same building, instead of three buildings away. Ms Shankar
