Yes Niladri,, it is ready for posession from last Oct 2011 , however there are some owners who have not yet got the posession,, really do not know what this sick lady sanjukta has a problem with us that she is not giving the posession, I have spoken to her boss as well but seems he is of the similiar kind,, they are not at all sorry for the delay and their behaviour is as if they are donating the flats to us for free

Yes Neeladri.. I too came to know that it is ready for possession I guess. May be only few owners are yet to receive possessions.
Yes Nitu,, still soem owners are yet to receive the posession but what is the reason for the delay no one knows... I am tired calling up Sanjukta and her boss,,, every time they give a date but it never happens,, really sick and tired,, and they will charge us the maintanence charge from May itself and we will not be able to use the premises as well,, its really a company of hopeless people..

I think it's high time we raise our voice. The contact person, Sanjukta, is taking her own sweet time and for no reason holding on our possession.
If you have the same concern, please revert back. I am ready to take action against builder.

Hi Niladri, did we not have any date by which posession was expected? did u get the posession by the stipulated date? can u tell me when was this date comitted by the builder?

Hi Nitu,, I have joined the owners group and that is why I can post here.. but its very sad that either there is too few people left on my side who have not got posession or they are not interested it seems,, as i do not see reply from any other owner who have not received posession

Hi Bhanuprasad,, even I want to know when was the date communicated as posession date... I do not see any reason for holding ,, there is no transperancy,,, its all a game in the hands of some sick people like Sanjukta...
