I am not sure if the price Rs.4690/sqft is the right price for this project and in that area.. Can anyone provide your comment and views??
Yes I beleive, But most of the other builders are also pricing in the same range.

Is there any group of Mantri Serenity owners, which are sharing their experiences. I would like to be part of that.
though there is a committment from M/s mantri that I phase would be handed over by 31st Jan, 2014, it seems they are delaying it upto June '14. Yesterday I went to site, there is hardly any progress in past two months.
Even I have booked flat here...
