Planning to buy a flat in Bhoomi hills
Q: Hi, We are planning to buy a 1 BHK flat in Bhoomi hills. Can anybody please help if the building has got some legal issues as there is no OC as of now of the building. I guess will have a problem in taking loan if OC is not there.
