What would be the best sq ft (area) for 2 BHK & 3 BHK ? I am really confused ..kindly help me out with this?

Latest Answer: It all depends how much you can invest on a given apartment with given floor area ratio. Floor area ratio is the ratio of Total sq ft of the apartment to Area of the plot. The best sqft. area for 2 BHK would be about 1000 sqft and 3 BHk should have minimum of 1500 sqft.

Do you think buying used commercial real estate is better than used residential real estate in the long run - from the cash flow perspective as well as appreciation of the property?

The current cenario says that then even the banking system is mature and RBI will have good hold on the system , floating rates of interest will be more popular According to me i don't think you should go for fixed rate.

Latest Answer: Talking about investment in real estate sector and for a period of five years, it is any day better to invest on residential property than commercial one as the demand is higher in case of residential properties. As per my experience I feel large amount of capitals can be raised from a residential investment. There is a higher risk asset in commercial property than residential property. Some of the commercial properties also serve less purpose of what is expected.
