hi,they say that if we want villa in 6-12 months , then we need to pay 21 lakhs,
Q: I dint quiet get that.why there is so much of difference nd recently i visited there was no villa ready to occupy

Latest Answer: CSK doesn't handover on time- its more than one year we have completed our installments- till now there is no sign of construction- they have got very poor lousy staff- don't even respond properly nor can give any information - they promised to handover by year end , will have to wait , no other option left
