Q: I have an agricultural land of 40 acres, which is at around 18 km from Trimbakeshwar. How much money can I get if I sell this land now?

My replies to this discussion
Properties having the view of mountains have a better value than others in places that are within the radius of Trimbakashwar. They can fetch you a minimum of 7.5 – 8 lakhs rupees/acre. Others can get you 5 lac/acre.Properties having the view of mountains have a better value than others in places that are within the radius of Trimbakashwar. Q: I have heard a news that the Bombay High Court batted with the BMC for not paying importance to the road condition of Mumbai, can any one tell me what is the next step that we can take to improve the deteriorating condition for the roads of Mumbai.

My replies to this discussion
Mumbai roads are full of potholes with different size and open careless manholes which is very risky. It is high time that we should take some steps and urge the BMC people to pay some attention in the infrastucture of the road, atleast they should make some plain roads so that we can travel with our own vehicles instead of traveling by buses or autos as the auto fare has also gone up. Q: In Surat I heard that the people are suffering from the water supplied in their area. Sometimes the pressure will be very low and some time water will not be there and there is huge problem with drinking water also. What is the Surat Municipal Corporation doing till now to solve the issue?

My replies to this discussion
I am residing in Surat and we are facing lot of trouble with water supply and sometimes the water pressure is so low that in certain areas the people wont get drinking water supply also, big chaos has been created due with water supply in the city as water is one of the basic requirement for human. To solve the drinking water problem Surat Municipal Corporation is setting up a new centralised pumping station at Rajshree hall and in addition to this the water committee chairman also demanded to put a toll free number so that the people can direct put complains regarding water.
