Law says that you need to show lesser than the purchased value, i.e., government values less than purchased value in the documentation papers. The house registry or land registry is stamped, executed, and finally registered in the presence of seller, buyer and two witnesses at the office of the SUB Registrar of Assurances at 5% market value of the property as Stamp Duty. It is a good news for the people residing in Gurgaon that after long wait we are going to have proper transportation facilities at our place after three to four months, it is known that the city lacks in transportation but after this project gets launched we will be having good bus service compare to now and there will be a good number of buses for travelling from each corner of the city and this time we need not have to face the inefficent and insufficient condition of buses and drivers. This new plan is going to help many customers whoever wants to prepay part or whole of their outstanding loan amount. Moreover it gives lot of advantages to the customer like prepayment amount is deducted from the principal so there will be less of interest taken from you and you have the option to adjust the tenure.
