Peninsula Pinnacle is one of the project by Peninsula Infra Development Pvt. Ltd. The project seems to be a good one and it is approved by BMRDA. I am planning to buy one flat there. Anyone who has brought a flat please share your views, it is highly appreciated.

Hey Pinto, How is the quality of construction? How is the reputation of builder?
Quality of construction, that i can not say it perfectly.But they have already completed a villa project and two more villa projects are ongoing. I visited their villa project and i liked the construction and design.

Right now they are constructing the first block of the project and now they are doing the pillar works. They are saying to give possession on Feb 2013.
