Well, it all depends on your personal choice. But the general public feeling is to own a piece of land first. However gradually over time, people are interested to buy apartments and villas for their secutity services and maintenance staff and other amenities which otherwise in indivisual houses can become very expensive and suffer from space crunch.Well, it all depends on your personal choice.
