We are a Bangalore based Tour Operators and are conducting various Group Tours to Kerala and all other states. As part of our business expansion, we are planning to bring large group of students / corporate to Palakkad along with other Cities. It is really difficult for us to accommodate a large group in one hotel in Palakkad and we have to split the team in to multiple hotels due to the lack of room availability. So do you have any service apartment in Palakkad where we can accommodate at least 130 students / corporate staff in one building at a time for a day or 2 days as we are trying more to get it in Palakkad. We can give them food from any hotel . We are getting the same in Cochin with food. But not in Palakkad. Your response is highly appreciated.

There is not much of a difference between property pricing and trends in Ernakulam and Kochi, The upside is the good average rental prices for residential apartments in the region. I am from Thrissur and my husband is from Trivandrum. We are currently in Saudi and planning to settle in Ernakulam after few years.
We have slowly started going through various projects and came across, this Anna Properties - Casa Bonitta 2, the elevation and structure which we liked very much.
But, we are a novice in this field and neither of us have a clue as to how reputed this builders are. So, I would like you people to help us out.
The property is a villa in Puthenkurish, Tripunithura and they are asking Rs.4200/sqft. Is it a reasonable price?

Yes. It is true that the metro work is very far away from the actual schedule. And the handlers of this project the DMRC have been getting a lot of criticisms due to this as the project is expected to be completed by December and it does not look like it will be done. Yes.
