In my opinion, I think that this Copperhills apartment is a decent one. It is from the Copperstone Builders...apparently, as you said, it is a new builder. This one is the only project that is completed. There is also one another project that is coming up called the Copper woods villas. Well as far as the land acquisition goes, the stage is set for the acquisition of land owned by a textile showroom at the north end of M.G. Road and of a jewellery at Edappally. That is very true. But, I dont think that there any initiatives by the government authorities to avoid such situations. Dumping of septage waste in water bodies and roads, which had given sleepless nights to residents in rural areas, has now become a headache for Kochiites. That is very true.
