Hi! Could anyone kindly give us an honest opinion on Shivganga Vallabha Project at Kanakapura Road?
Q: We are looking for a decent 2BHK affair in the vicinity of Kanakapura Road Metro Station. We have heard Shivganga Builders have several ongoing projects there and some marketing personnel have offered flats in "Shivganga Vallabha". Kindly let us have valuable feedback on the builders, their commitment to quality, sincerity, adherence to plans, etc.

Hello Aditham, The project has got all the necessary approvals but I have read many negative comments about the builder online. So check twice before putting your hard earned money.
Thanks, Mr Neeraj Rao. I think we need to be circumspect about these second rate builders. Pity that the much touted Builder's code that was enacted recently with fanfare has failed to deter unscrupulous practices.

Q: Planning to buy a 2 bhk apartment in this project. What is the rate per sqft going on and what is the booking amount?

Mr Yogendra, if the builder is not going to provide CC and A Khata, who else will? And how do banks extend loans for acquiring flats in the project without the 'A'Khata? Furthermore, what do they mean by saying that a 'provision' has been made for Cauvery water supply? Have they obtained at least an in-principle approval for Cauvery water connection for this project? We all know only too well that borewell water can't be relied upon in the long run as it can dry up at any time.
