If I want to get the interiors done, is there any one in the building who would take responsibility? Presently we do not live in Bangalore, but would like to get the basic interior done and give it on rent.

Hi Sunita. You can contact the owners' association or maintainence dept of your apartment to take care of the interiors. There will be some contractors bound to your apartment for providing service. You can reach out to them also. If you are interested to give it on rent then list your Property for Rent at http://www.commonfloor.com/list-property-for-rent to get prospective tenant details.
