Hi, We booked a flat in Ganga Vertica in the month of sept 2011. After booking i have seen very bad reviews about this builder. I am planning to do a legal verification on this property. I am so worried about the review written like BDA approval is not at all there for this project. When bda approval is not there, if i want to sell my property, is it possible to transfer the loan to the buyer or not.Can anybody suggest me wheather i can proceed with the agreement or not. Hi Shilpa, The cost watever you mentioned in ur answer is for villas around 1.2 to 1.4 crores. Aart from the villas, they have recently launched to sell the plots in the same community.
