Home Loan for B-khata property
Q: Hi, I want to construct a house on B-khata property. It's a Gramthana site not approved by BDA or BMRDA. I have checked with many nationalised banks, but no one provides loan on B-khata property. Its not a DC converted land. Has any one taken loan on b-khata property? if yes could you please share the contact details of the bank. Thanks

Eswar.. I hope you are aware that B Khata can be converted to A khata by paying betterment charges to BBMP, though there are some conditions included.. try if this could be done in your case..
Thanks Rajkumar for the reply. B Khata to A Khata can be converted in BBMP areas only. My property is in village limit not under BBMP or BMRDA
