Feedback on Gulmohar Builder.
Q: I have doubts about shivam parivar completing the project as its records shows projects in goregaon are stuck since past 4years. I have purachased flat in Goregaon(w) at Gulmohar project in 2008 but till date they have not completed the project. On inquiry they give me various reasons all the time. Can u help me out in giving details about this builder.

Latest Answer: I was also searching latest information about the builder's but could not get any recent updates. If anyone gets any updated news about the project please let me know.

The project is not completed since last 4years how could you put in completed projects
Q: I have purchased flat in this property since last 4years and still this project is not completed . I have got various reasons for delay but not the correct reason till date. The CC is not given till date. Thanks Mandar Thakur
