Tamilnadu apartments rule and regulation.
Q: We are living in HIG flats in Chennai. We want to know about the action plan of residence owner of these flats.

Latest Answer: Dear sir, we are living in an apartment for the past 6 years. In our apartment, well water and borewell is available. Now there is no water in well. In borewell the water is littlebit salty. But we are ready to use the borewell. But one of my flat owner is saying to take a new borewell. And asking money to share all other owners. But we are not interested for doing a new borewell. We are ready to use current Borewell. But the other owner not allowing us to switch on the motor. He locked our pipeline too. Shall we keep a separate syntex tank for my flat and connect it to existing pipeline? Please advice.
