I have booked an appartment in Purva Eternity in June 2010. The completion was guaranteed for December 2010 and it kept getting extended. I have been asking for parking allotment and about the late delivery clause since last 2 years.
Has anyone of you got the parking allotment confirmation from Puravankara ?
I made all the payments towards the appartment cost. I have not received any reply from them on the late delivery charges as well.
They are trying to force us to take handover, even though the aminities like Lift , water and electricity is not available.
i have received a statuatory charge estimate of 3.68 L , which includes advance maintenance charge , which is being asked for an appartment, which is not even ready for possesion.
Tottaly dissatisfied with the way Purva Management is handling the problem. Looks like the staff of Purva also seems to be annoyed , by seeing the no of times the CRM Executive is changing within months.

Yes, at last the Kochi Corporation have woken up to the problems faced by residents of the city. Hopefully this waste treatment plant can reduce the garbage that is dumped in empty plots, and transport the garbage and process it in the plant. Many residents have complained that in the previous Brahmapuram plant the leachate from the plant was dumped into the Kadambrayar river. The corporation has said that they will treat the leachate before releasing it into the river. I think the project is from the builders of Abad Chancellor at kakkanad, Abad builders are reputed builders and have completed several projects in Kochi and some 8 of their projects are still under construction including ABAD Orchard County. Actually here's what's happening. Residents have been seeking permission to reconstruct or renovate their homes which are close to small creeks and canals in the municipality and the municipality is unlike to grant them with the permissions.

Yeah..this is a serious problem. You should watch out for contamination of ice and water. I think this is because of the temperature problem. As the problem is due to temperature, there should be efforts from the government to tackle the problem.
