Hi Sudhir, the current market rate for 2bhk in Universal Greens would come around Rs 33 lakhs. Can you mention the size of 2bhk which you are planning to sell.!
The size of my flat is 1084 Sqft, 7th floor very good size of bed rooms in its segment
