is there an owners group that you are aware, Arup, are you aware of a group, I would like to join.
@Arup, Jitendra, I have also booked a flat in Signia Oceans in Sep 2012. At the time the Builder had promised to deliver the posession by Mar 2013. Its been more than 18 months delay in the project.
