Latest Answer: Hi All, Please do not buy anything from Lake Vihar-II property as this is disputed property and he has to pay lot of money to other buyers. MLDC has sold lake Vihar II project to JCC without notifying the existing buyer. He could not finish the construction in 5 yrs. So please restrain yourself in buying anything from this project. I am one of the sufferer. Regards,
