Why still unsold properties available in The Gardens, Bangalore?
Q: The project is good, location seems good, amenities are excellent but still builder has unsold flats available in The Gardens, Bangalore. There are a lot of resale properties in this project. Is there anything wrong?

Latest Answer: The quality of the project is good and it is in close proximity to majestic area as well as the new metro junction. The problem might be due the adjoining Chickpet area. But that is not the problem as it is one of the best projects in Bangalore of a renowned builder.
