Biggest insult of my life in Orange County.
Q: I am resident of oc4/504 in Orange County. My name is Maneesh khilnaney. Today ur society club open one of the director stop him telling me u r not allowed to go inside i guess that charge us for the club membership how dare any one stop me in club as I am already member and i am also part of ocrwa here but i have not told them residents are not allowed how are paying the money the club is open to media today too not capable of facing the media wat it is ocrwa is allowed resident is not allowed why their frnd who r rsidents are allowed see the dirty side of orange county

Latest Answer: Hi Maneesh, it is totally ridiculous the way they are behaving with you. Please speak to other members of ocrwa and sort out this problem. You are totally allowed to enter the club house as you are paying the membership charges. I think the director guy is taking out any previous hatredness or dislike towards you for any previous complaint you might have done before.

Q: Hi, I am Maneesh Khilnaney r/o of 4/504 Orange Count I want to put a complain that my Adidas shoes worth RS 1800 has been stolen from my shoe rack. I just need your explaination on who is responsible for this and if a small thing like shoes is not save who could we rely on security on your valuable items and even your life is in danger.

Please put forward this issue in the owners' association meeting so that they can come up with a solution. This is a serious problem and should be taken care of by the management. I was also planning to book an apartment in Orange County but after hearing these thefts, I am having second thoughts. Please let us know if you residents are facing any other issue apart from this.
