I am planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in Mahaveer Lakes. Existing customers of other Mahaveer projects please tell me about the quality of construction of Reddy structures and any complaints regarding them.

Hi rakesh i heard there is seepage problem and i personally felt the quality is not good when i visited the site recently. So i have dropped the idea of buying a flat in Mahaveer Lakes

Instead i have booked flat in Era which is near by Kengeri. Its a very good project. If by any chance u change your mind then you can have a look at the project. Contact me so that i can fetch u some discount on booking.

I am planning to buy 2 bhk apt @ 40 lakh in South Bangalore. But now I am confused whether it is a good choice to invest on apartment or shall I go for a plot? Please suggest which will be better.
Hi Sharath, Buying a plot will be better but if paying 40 lakhs for a 2 BHK and getting all the services and amenities, then you can go for buying an apartment. Buying a plot also includes extra costs which might be out of budget sometimes.
