What is the status of the Occupation certificate (OC) from the Municipal authorities?
Q: After more than two years I understand that registered society is yet to be formed for want of OC. People only say that it will come soon!! But when?? Any body can be more specific? Is there any long standing litigation going on?

Hi Sharad, I also heard the same. I have also heard that they might get it in the early 2012. Hope so this time it is true. Please others also share their view.
