Registration fees on an independent house near Champatet, Hyderabad.
Q: What would be the registration fees if I am buying an independent house near Champatet, Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad and also availing home loan. Do they calculate based on some percentage? Please advice.

My comments to replies
If it is on sale deed, will, gift deed, conveyance deed then you have to pay Rs 101 on each document. Rs 21 registration fees on General Power of Attorney / Special Power of Attorney.
Thanks Gireesh for the Reply, I have one more doubt...Do the registration done on the Land or the entire independent constructed house.

For ex if the cost of the constructed house is 50 lakhs. If you consider only the land of 300sq yards then the land value will be far less.what would be the fees(stamp duty+tranfer fees+registration fees) in order to complete the registration.
