Name change in the records and maintenance of flat in TVH Park Rozalia.
Q: My name is P.Suresh Kumar and I have just joined the owner's group.I purchased Aptt A12 from ABS Holdings Pvt Ltd, Chennai in Jun2009. At present I'm residing in Oman and the flat has been let out. I have two requests : a) The owner's name in your records to be changed from ABS Holdings to P.Suresh Kumar. At the time of registration of the flat copies of relevant documents were given to TVH. Please advise the procedure to change the name, if not already done so. Subsequent to this correction in your records,I would like to receive all communication from TVH at my mail id psk101@hotmail.com. b)We understand from our tenants that there is water seepage/leakage from the ceiling in the master bedroom and its attached bathroom.It appears the leakage is originating from the flat just above A12.Please look into this immediately as the leakage is assuming serious propertions. Latest Answer: Hi. I have also faced the water seepage problem in the past and I know the situation. Speak with the owner staying above your apartment and ask whether he is willing to bear the repair charges. If no then speak with apartment management and should bear the costs.
