Registration fee in Hyderabad
Q: How are flat registration cost calculated in Hyderabad now? Are there any slabs? The flat I'm looking at is in Kondapur Area. Please advise.

My comments to replies
Hi, Stamp duty is 9.5% and registration fees is 0.5% of the value of the property.
I remember reading that stamp duty is less if the construction is in progress or not completed. Is this correct? If its correct, does it mean registering early is cheaper?
