Hi all.
Iam planning to buy a villa and I found opal Akshaya in Bannerghatta road as suitable. Has anyone bought a project there. How is the reputation of the builder. Does he have all legal thing proper.
I could not find any review about this property online and hence any feedback about it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Soundarya. The builde is quoting 3800 per sq ft. is that a good deal for that area. I know prices may shoot once we have dlf and hiranandani fully occupied and it would develop. Even I am looking to buy this property, seems like a decent deal. Anyone else interested in buying? Maybe we can get in touch.
We are also looking at it. If needed we can talk together and see if they give a deal.

Anyone got idea regarding SJR Luxuria property. We are planning to buy it but have seen that there has been many negative feedback about SJR properties? Any info on the builder and SJR luxuria would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Sm. Just one more query , is the project free from any violations. and what about the Occupancy certificates and Katha transfers. Are they expected to be smooth. We have liked the project very much and are looking to book a 3 bhk in topaz which is under construction.Thanks Sm. I am one of the owners yet to move in, some 20+ have moved in and around 70 of us are in a group and regularly communicate with the builder. Apart from the usual hiccups, I would say they are extremely helpful and do seem to be attempting to make it a very good project
