Hi, They are in Pre launch and expecting approval in a month. They are giving great discounts if we make good up front payment. They are quoting 3500 on pre launch and they say they would increase it to 3750 upon launch. They are asking min 20 lakh as upfront on pre launch and rest to go by bank loan after launch.
