Any reviews about Aratt Felicita project?
Q: I'm planning to book a 3bhk in Aratt Felicita. Any reviews about the project? Also, they said it will be completed by June 2013.

Thanks Aravind. I saw the place this saturday. But they said they have 2 bhks only in ground floor. So we have to pay for for the garden area ( 540000) as extra. Thanks Aravind. Hi Arvind, I am planning to buy an apartment in Bangalore. Can you please let me know the price details and how is the builder's reputation?
They are quoting 2850 rupees per sq feet and price rises each floor. I have seen their completed project - Lake vie w county. Project is good and amenities are ok
