Hi Ramesk Polekar, My friend has paid about 3 + lakh of Rs to this builder. He was desperately trying to get back his money. He tried to contact the builder on his cell phone. But no one picked the call. He is trying to contact the builder. but there is no response. I have visited the site with him about 4 months back. And there is no sign. There was one board totally rusted out. There was no any progress of work. I asked him to talk to the villagers about it, don't know what happened later on. My friend doesn't have any document except one receipt. So that’s why I just have put cautious note about this project. Personally, I am US citizen (Indian origion) working in India. I wanted to invest some money. That’s why I was checking this. I made call to the number which my friend had given. As he told, no one picked up the call.
