Is there something terribly wrong with this project?
Q: It's been delayed for a very long time now. I have been following up on this project for close to a year now. Initially last Nov they told me it is getting over in Apr 12 then it became Nov 12 and now looks like it is June 13. Also legend has it that initially it was planned for 2011 completion. Does anyone has any inside info on what is the root cause of these delays???

The present situation of this project tells us that it is still gonna take more than one and a half years to complete. The construction is progressing very slowly.
