Latest Answer: Hello All, I have very bad experience about this builder, all the three guys are really bad in behaviour and atitude, once the flat is purchased, they have started to show their colors, really bad when u invest so much of money and feel like it’s not worth.. No maintenance, electricity cut, and if its their mistake they will charge you for that, and many things... And honestly speaking they are building new apartments near by, and same thing will happen with them also.. they say they are best and all rubbish things but really they are worst... do not listen to them, Bhanu and Narendra and kristappa.. really it will be a wrong decision to take a house there... If really want to know please contact anyone of the house owner in Vishwas regency.... they are in really pain (if they are staying their)..
