Is it worth investing in Hinjewadi currently? I wish to nvest mainly in residential prop for rental income as well as appreciation. My budget is 20-25 lacs. Suggest some good locations in and around Pune. I am confused whether to go for integrated township project or a individual bldg/small project. Should I go for 1bhk or 2 bhk -which are in demand for rental?

Yes Shreas, definitely it is worth buying in Wagholi.. East Pune is observing good rise in demand for properties since the region is seeing growth in terms of commercial and IT lines...
