Q: Why the private builders are not providing all basic amenities and maintenance facilities to their apartments?

Latest Answer: Basically few civic amenities and maintenance are part of municipality. Hence and private body cannot get hold of it. Like drainage and sewage maintenance are taken care by any municipality department.

Latest Answer: The credit does not go alone to BBMP, because Namma BBMP in collaboration with Maverick Holdings are planning for the project. The project will start from January 13 this year and the firm will construct 1,640 quarters within 30 months.
