Construction Cost of flats on 2925sqft plot
Q: I have below questions if one of you can help. 1. plot size is 2925 sqft 2. how many floors/houses i can construct 3. what would be total cost to construct

My sincere advice is, dont take up the construction job by yourself. Better give the contract to someone who could do it. It will be difficult for us to handle the workers and the work. There are many available who does it better than what we could actually do. If you cant find the details , then let me know i can help you with some contacts. Those contractors will do and end to end work for you and that too the prices for cement, tiles, electrical equipments, steel would be little less for them as they do big constructions.
