What is the time for handing over of yellow rose?
Q: The yellow rose as per agreement should have been handed over by dec11. But now the date of handing over is not known.

Latest Answer: Hello Raj, A couple of days ago I had talked with the builder as I am planning to buy a flat there. The builder told me that the handover of the flats will start from December 2012.
