Q: Planning to buy an apartment in Phase II in UKN Esperanza. Need some quick help please any feedback on builder, title, maintenance, water availability etc much appreciated.

Spring beauty- interested in buying
Q: I am interested in buying an apartment in DSR spring beauty coz I like the location and the aptt looks good from outside. Need help from any resident about things like water supply , how is the maintenance (looks good from outside), How is the construction etc. Any help is much appreciated
