I would suggest that instead of going this far, you should invest in Noida. Some sectors are 18, 32, 77 onwards. Noida is a better options as you can get projects of all price range. If you choose areas correctly then you will get good returbns. Very true, Indirapuram is a good location. But if you want to invest further then you can think of moving further down NH 24 as there are many projects and a few townships coming. For investment purpose all sectors near Noida Sector 77 are good investment options. They are near commercial hubs (Sector and Sector 32). Good appreciation is sure in mid term. I would like to add that not everyone is capable of successfully developing tall buildings that are sustainable. One should see how many lifestyle and good projects a developer has done.
