What action we can take against the builder?
Q: Today i visited to see my flat in olive county and i found builder has constructed a new flat on ground floor in the loby area, because of this the loby area is become very narrow. this extra flat is not in the model and project. they have constructed this flat in 1935sq ft corner flat block. suggest what action we can take against this.

Latest Answer: Hi Rajeev, first try to talk with the builder if he is not responding then lodge a complaint in Consumer Court against the builder.
