Is it difficult to move because of traffic congestion? Construction quality? Apartment layout? Nearby hospital? My comments to replies
Salarpuria is an apartment project and Serene woods a Row house. Hence the prices may not be comparable. They are quoting Rs. 4800/- sounds reasonable considering LGCL selling adjacent projects at Rs. 6000 ~ 9000 psqft range.
But any idea regarding the location? are day to day requirements available in close vicinity?
