Hi Owners,
We have blocked a flat in Phase II way back in Nov '11 for which builder has assured to lauch in Dec '11. Till today they are just dragging and giving reason as approval delay. Could you pls let us know if this buidler is reliable or do we need to have a second thought.
Would also appreciate if you can tell us if the builder completed the construction as per the timelines assured for Phase I and the quality of the construciton.
Rashmi, nowadays many projects are facing this problem of delayed completion. The approval process is taking much more time than expected by builders.

In most cases, the builders launch their projects before completing the actual approvals of required bodies. First they start construction work and then struggle for approvals. This leads to long delays in project completion.

Hi Mita, have got updates a month ago that are setting the ground level to start foundation. Still approvals pending. Pls let us know if you have any updates.
