Q: Hey check this link http://www.commonfloor.com/stories/villa-comes-all-your-way-affordable-14400 Wow! affordable villas! Amazing! Villas are meant for luxurious living and now its being transformed into affordable living. Will our developers surely launch affordable villas?

Yes, there are now developers who are offering affordable villas with gated community concept. Developers like JR Housing and Artha Property are coming up with the affordable villa concept on Anekal road, near Electronic city and Sarjapur Extension. So hope for the best.
